Industrial Design

A design refers to the visual features of an article such as shape, pattern, or ornamentation applied through an industrial process, which appeal to and are judged solely by the eye, excluding functional or mechanical aspects. Copyrights

Copyright is a right given by the law to creators of literary (computer program), dramatic, musical and artistic works and producers of cinematograph films and sound recordings. Acquisition of copyright ownership is automatic, and does not require any compulsory registration. However, the certificate of registration and the entries made therein serve as prima facie evidence in a court of law with reference to disputes relating to ownership of the copyright.
